Major High Street Retailer wanted to uncover the most appropriate strategic approach to adopt.
I worked with the Senior Executive Team, conducting a strategic marketing appraisal and guiding the development of the positioning/strategic approach. It was so successful I was asked to present the findings at the company's management conference.

International Chemical Products producer wanted to understand why its advertising was not working.
I worked with colleagues to conduct in-depth interviews with customers. The debrief not only provided actions to be taken but stimulated a 'back to basics' re-working of the marketing programme across all products.

International Retail Hearing Specialist wanted to understand the differential in sales performance across its team of 100+ audiologists.
I worked as part of a small team conducting an in-depth review of working practices and co-authoring the recommendations for future sales consultation procedures.
